目的分离和鉴定接骨木(Sambucus williamsii Hance)果实正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS柱色谱和制备型HPLC进行分离,通过波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从接骨木果实的正丁醇提取部位中分离并鉴定了10个单体化合物,分别为川芎哚(1)、3-羧基川芎哚(2)、1,2,3,4-四氢-1-甲基-β-咔啉-3-羧酸(3)、红景天苷(4)、4-羟基苄基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、4-羟基-1-(2-羟乙基)-苯基-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、松柏苷(7)、香草酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、芦丁(9)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(10)。结论化合物1、2、4~6为首次从接骨木属植物中分离得到,化合物3为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of n-butanol in Sambucus williamsii Hance fruit. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results Ten monomer compounds were isolated and identified from the n-butanol extracts of elderberry fruits, which were respectively Chuanxiongodole (1), 3-carboxy-Chuanxiongodole (2), 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro- (3), salidroside (4), 4-hydroxybenzyl-β-D-glucoside (5), 4-hydroxy-1- -hydroxyethyl) -phenyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), coniferin (7), vanillin-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8) Rutin (9), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (10). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, and 4 ~ 6 were isolated from elder plants for the first time. Compound 3 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
