本文从连锁经营的产生、发展展开研究。在对海内外连锁百货经营特点分析研究的基础上,利用成熟的PKI(关键绩效指标)理论,并且结合连锁百货的特点,建立了连锁百货经营供应商的动态评估、分析模型。通过该模型的建立,为我们在全球化时代更好地与供应商合作提供了可靠的数值化的评价工具,为今后基于连锁百货经营的供应商评价管理研究提供一些有益的借鉴与参考。
This article starts from the emergence and development of chain management. Based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of chain stores at home and abroad, using the mature PKI (Key Performance Indicators) theory, combined with the characteristics of chain stores, the establishment of a dynamic assessment and analysis model of chain store management suppliers. Through the establishment of this model, we can provide reliable numerical evaluation tools for our cooperation with suppliers in the globalized era and provide some useful references for the future research on supplier evaluation management based on chain stores.
