应用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-Tof MS)建立了三华李和葡萄等水果中34种农药残留的的筛查方法。样品经QuEChERS净化处理,以电喷雾(ESI)正模式电离,UPLC-Q-Tof MS筛查检测。结果表明,大部分农药获得了精确的分子离子质量,质量偏差的绝对值低于3×10-6;34种农药在0.005~1.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.99),方法检出限为0.002~0.027mg/kg;在0.05 mg/kg和0.10 mg/kg两个添加水平,平均回收率(n=6)在45.7%~121.8%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.3%~14%之间。该方法适用于三华李和葡萄等水果中多种农药残留的快速筛查检测。
The method of UPLC-Q-Tof MS was used to screen 34 pesticide residues in fruits such as Sanhua Li and grapes. Samples were purified by QuEChERS, electrosprayed (ESI) positive mode, and UPLC-Q-Tof MS screened. The results showed that the majority of pesticides obtained accurate molecular ion mass, the absolute value of mass deviation was less than 3 × 10-6; 34 pesticides showed a good linear relationship (r ≥0.99) in the range of 0.005-1.0 mg / L, The average recoveries (n = 6) ranged from 45.7% to 121.8% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 2.3 mg / kg and 0.10 mg / kg % ~ 14% between. The method is suitable for the rapid screening detection of multiple pesticide residues in fruits such as Sanhua Li and grape.
