本文利用博弈论对我国国债项目申请时期地方政府前期准备不充分、国债项目建设时期地方政府低效运行国债资金的现象进行了分析。根据分析结果,本文提出了相应的建议。
This article uses the game theory to analyze the inadequate preparation for the local government during the period of applying for our national debt project and the inefficient operation of government bonds by the local government in the period of the national debt project construction. According to the analysis results, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
