一、问题的提出和方案选择一九六四年在厂党委正确领导下,我们遵循“独立自主,自力更生”的方针,走科研与生产相结合的道路,主动下车间参加生产劳动。通过劳动,发现钼酸铵生产实收、回收率很低,某些工序劳动条件也很差,切身感到必须改变这种落后状态。要使生产多快好省地进行,首先应从改革工艺入手。
I. PROBLEM PROPOSALS AND SOLUTIONS In 1964, under the correct leadership of the Party committee of the factory, we followed the principle of “independence and self-reliance” and took the road of combining scientific research with production. We took the initiative to participate in productive labor in the workshop. Through labor, it was found that the yield of ammonium molybdate was low, the recovery rate was very low, and the working conditions in some processes were also poor. Therefore, it was absolutely necessary to change this backwardness. To make production faster, better and more economical, we should start with the reform process.
