医用辐射的应用,在造福人类的同时,也为医学职业照射工作者带来辐射危害,特别是CT、PET等先进诊断设备的投入使用以及介入放射学快速发展,医用辐射工作者已成为最大的职业受照群体[1]。医学放射工作者个人剂量监测是放射防护管理的重要手段,个人剂量检测数据亦是评价放射工作人员卫生防护和健康的重要依据[2-3]。现将2009—2012年河南省南阳市医用CT机放射工作人员个人剂量监测结果报道如下。
