纹状体边缘区是纹状体尾侧边缘内一薄层由梭形细胞组成的结构,梭形细胞的长轴呈背腹方向排列,该区富含P物质、神经降压素等多种阳性纤维和终末.我们注射秋水仙素到成年大鼠的侧脑室以阻断轴浆转运,2天后灌注固定,作神经紧张素、P物质、谷氨酸脱羧酶、胆囊收缩素、脑啡肽等的免疫组织化学染色.检查梭形细胞所含的神经递质.结果发现在边缘区内存在中等大的神经降压素反应阳性梭形细胞,呈中度染色,两端突起指向背腹方向,个别大的多极细胞染色很深.边缘区内也存在中等大P物质反应阳性梭形细胞,并伸出长突起呈背腹走向,腹侧纤维指向杏仁核.
