太阳能光伏发电是一种较为新型的能源,对于此种能源的使用以及相关产业的发展随着市场经济的不断发展而不断的壮大,随之将会产生一系列的经济与法律问题。笔者针对我国的太阳能光伏发电领域的现有问题进行论证、分析,希望可以提出一些具有建设性的建议与意见。
Solar photovoltaic power generation is a relatively new type of energy. The use of such energy and the development of related industries will continue to grow as the market economy continues to grow. As a result, a series of economic and legal issues will arise. The author argues and analyzes the existing problems in the field of solar photovoltaic power generation in our country and hopes to put forward some constructive suggestions and opinions.
