本文阐述了在苏里格气田采集气工艺下,苏西区块冬季生产中采气管线遇到的各种冻堵问题及解决措施。详细分析了从井口到管网串接工艺等一系列因素造成的采气管线冻堵问题,并根据冬季生产经验及理论分析总结出一些切实有效的解决措施及意见,为后续解决苏里格气田苏西区块冬季生产过程中采气管线冻堵问题提供有效帮助。
In this paper, the various freezing and blocking problems encountered in the gas production lines in the winter production of the Soviet Union Block in the Sulige gas field and their solutions are discussed under the process of gas collection in the Sulige Gas Field. This paper analyzes in detail the problems of freezing and blockage of gas production line caused by a series of factors such as the process of stringing from the wellhead to the pipe network and sums up some effective measures and opinions according to winter production experience and theoretical analysis. Suxi block in the winter production process of gas pipeline freezing block to provide effective help.
