为了早前的英联邦运动会,印度政府致力改善了新德里的环境和建设,希望展示其国际城市的形象,然而冰冻三尺,非一日之寒,问题当然不能得到立刻根治。运动会举行期间,新德里簇新且国际化的机场,与外边肮脏依旧的市貌形成了讽刺的对比。宏观上,除了主要城市的垃圾问题之外,其他落后城市的情况仍未见有所改善。尽管国际救援力量逐年增加,世界各地的企业在印度设厂,造成的污染危害居民的健康,但在如厮贫穷的发展中国家,人民又何以申诉?
For the earlier Commonwealth Games, the Indian government is committed to improving the environment and construction in New Delhi, hoping to show its image as an international city. However, the ice cream is not the end of the day and the problem can certainly not be tackled immediately. During the games, the new and cosmopolitan airport in New Delhi formed a sarcastic contrast with the dirty and still-outside cityscape. On the macro level, no progress has been made in other backward cities in addition to the garbage problem in major cities. Despite the increasing number of international aid forces, enterprises in various parts of the world have set up factories in India, causing pollution to endanger the health of residents. However, in developing countries such as Zhaosi, why do people petition?
