经国务院批准,我国将从2008年1月1日至12月31日,对小麦、玉米、稻谷、大米、大豆等原粮及其制粉产品征收5%至25%不等的出口暂定关税。这是继2007年12月20目起取消小麦、稻谷、大米、玉米、大豆等84类原粮及制粉产品的出口退税后,我国政府再次通过税收杠杆抑制近期增长过快的粮食出口,引导粮食向国内供给,以期平抑其价格上涨。
