简要介绍了合理化工程的目标和基本原理，提出计算机辅助合理化工程完整体系结构，并根据作者对工厂实施的经验，给也了合理化的实施方法。
This paper briefly introduces the objectives and basic principles of rationalization project, puts forward a complete system architecture of computer-assisted rationalization project, and gives some rationalized implementation methods based on the author’s experience in factory implementation.
