一、一年来政府执行劳动政策,是为了配合恢复和发展生产的总任务下进行的。在六月份以前,国家经济情况处在暂时困难的情况下,我们大力的采取了说服劳资双方如何克服困难、订立临时协议、调整劳资关系。随着国家经济情况的开始好转和经过对劳动政策的具体贯澈,在后半年劳资关系已基本走向正常。从此我们的任务,主要是进行劳动保证和劳动保险工作;个别的试行订立生产合同,并继续调处劳动争议,以求得劳资关系进一步正常化,生产的发展,工人生活的改善。二、一年来作的几项具体工作:(一)解决劳资争议,全年共受理争议一、四○四件,已处理者一
