为深入探究煤炭企业安全投入缺乏以及投入结构欠合理等问题,建立一个将多维度调控(MDC)权重、直觉三角模糊语言数(TIFLNs)及层次分析法(AHP)相结合,用以确定安全投入结构的MDC-TIFLNs-AHP方法。首先采用直觉三角模糊语言关联混合平均(R-TIFLNHA)算子算出评价权重向量;其次融合AHP及MDC权重计算各层次总体权重向量;最终对某煤炭企业各类安全投入进行排序。经计算得出,工业卫生投入最重要,之后依次为教育宣传投入、安全技术投入以及个体防护投入,与前人研究结果一致,验证了方法的正确性。结果表明,用MDC-TIFLNs-AHP能够完善安全投入结构、实现安全生产管理目标;合理的安全投入结构有助于企业安全生产,工业卫生及教育宣传的投入至关重要。
In order to further explore the lack of investment in coal enterprise security and investment structure is not reasonable and other issues, the establishment of a multi-dimensional control (MDC) weights, intuition triangle fuzzy language (TIFLNs) and AHP (AHP) combined to determine the safety inputs Structure of the MDC-TIFLNs-AHP method. First, the evaluation weight vector is calculated by intuitionistic triangular fuzzy linguistic relational mixed averaging (R-TIFLNHA) operator; Secondly, the AHP and MDC weights are used to calculate the overall weight vector of each level; finally, the safety inputs of a coal enterprise are sorted. It is calculated that industrial health investment is the most important, followed by education and publicity investment, investment in safety technology and individual protection investment, consistent with previous studies, verify the correctness of the method. The results show that using MDC-TIFLNs-AHP can improve the safety input structure and achieve the objectives of safety management. The reasonable safety input structure contributes to the safety production, industrial hygiene and education publicity investment.
