研究目的 :研究服用蛤蚧口服液的大鼠作游泳力竭运动时 ,减轻和防止自由基对机体组织的损伤和抗疲劳作用。研究方法 :灌喂蛤蚧口服液的大鼠为实验组与对照组比较测试二组在力竭运动时运动能力 ,线粒体丙二醛 (MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、血乳酸、ATP的合成能力和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)的变化。研究结果 :实验组与对照组比较运动能力显著提高 ,MDA降低明显 ,GSH -Px、SOD显著增高 ,血乳酸降低 ,ATP和CAT明显增高。蛤蚧口服液作为一种有效的体能恢复剂 ,在推广和利用上有广泛的前景
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of free radical on the body tissue and the anti-fatigue effect of swimming and exhaustive exercise of rats taking gecko oral solution. Research methods: rats fed gecko oral liquid as experimental group compared with the control group were tested for exercise capacity, mitochondrial malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) , Superoxide dismutase (SOD), blood lactate, ATP synthesis and catalase (CAT) changes. Results: Compared with the control group, the exercise capacity of the experimental group and the control group were significantly increased, MDA decreased significantly, GSH-Px, SOD increased significantly, blood lactate decreased, ATP and CAT increased significantly.
