在当前社会经济和科学技术迅速发展的过程中,建设管理部门对市政工程建设越来越重视,其建设规模不断扩大。市政工程施工过程有着鲜明的特征,主要涉及人员多、工艺复杂、线型长等,增加了管理上的难度。正因如此,对建设过程管理方法和措施必须进行加强,及时有效解决施工中存在的问题,不留隐患。在本文中,对市政工程管理中存在的问题进行了相应分析,并且提出了如何加强市政工程管理的方法和措施。
In the current social economy and the rapid development of science and technology, construction management departments pay more and more attention to the construction of municipal projects, and their construction scale is constantly expanding. Municipal engineering construction process has a distinct feature, mainly involving more staff, complex technology, linear length, an increase of the management of the difficulty. It is precisely for this reason that the management methods and measures for the construction process must be strengthened to solve the problems existing in construction timely and effectively without leaving hidden dangers. In this paper, the problems existing in the management of municipal engineering are analyzed correspondingly, and the ways and measures of how to strengthen the management of municipal engineering are put forward.
