道路桥梁工程中经常遇到大体积混凝土工程,此类工程具有一定的特殊性,施工中常由于温度应力的作用而产生温度裂缝。本论文结合具体的工程实践,针对大体积混凝土配合比设计、施工工艺与质控要点、温控技术方案等方面作了详细的分析。实践证明:本工程采用的施工技术是安全可靠的,对解决大体积混凝土的质量通病是非常有效的方法。并对同类工程有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
Road and bridge engineering often encounter large-volume concrete projects, such projects have a certain particularity, often due to the role of temperature stress during construction and temperature cracks. In this paper, with specific engineering practice, a detailed analysis is made in terms of mass concrete mix design, construction technology and quality control points, and temperature control technology solutions. Practice has proved that: The construction technology used in this project is safe and reliable, which is a very effective way to solve the common quality problem of mass concrete. And similar projects have some guidance and reference.
