随着我国社会经济的快速发展,工业自动化水平不断提高,变频器也得到了空前的发展,并得到了相当广泛的应用[1]。变频器是一种使用微电子及变频技术来控制交流电动机的控制设备,变频器内部的IGBT可以根据实际需要调整电压和电流的输出频率,这种方式可以很好的保证变频器不会出现过流、过压等问题[2]。本文主要介绍西门子6SE70系列变频器的基本情况,并对IGBT故障的原因进行梳理分析,并提出快速检验的方法,以期为相关变频器研究工作提供一定的参考。
With the rapid socio-economic development of our country and the continuous improvement of industrial automation, the frequency converter has also enjoyed unprecedented development and has been widely used [1]. Inverter is a kind of control device that uses microelectronics and frequency conversion technology to control AC motor. Inverter’s internal IGBT can adjust the output voltage and current output frequency according to the actual needs. This method can well ensure that the inverter will not appear Flow, over-pressure and other issues [2]. This article mainly introduces the basic situation of Siemens 6SE70 series inverter, and combs and analyzes the cause of IGBT fault, and puts forward the method of quick test, in order to provide some reference for the related inverter research work.
