终身体育的思想已被越来越多的人接受,高校体育教学也应顺应时代发展的趋势,贯彻健康第一的思想。高校是学生接受体育教育的最后阶段,我们要努力让学生在体育实践过程中体验到运动的乐趣,展现运动的魅力,从而树立起终身体育的观念。本文笔者旨在培养学生终身体育意识,促进体育教育改革等方面谈了几点自己的看法。
The idea of lifelong physical education has been accepted by more and more people. The physical education in colleges and universities should also follow the trend of the times and carry out the idea of “health first”. Colleges and universities are the final stages of students’ acceptance of physical education. We must strive to enable students to experience the fun of sports during the course of sports practice, demonstrate the charm of sports, and establish the concept of lifelong sports. The author of this article aims to cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong physical education and promote the reform of physical education and other aspects of talk about their own views.
