颗粒酶是活化的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞的效应分子,主要介导细胞凋亡。其分子生物学特征从一定程度上揭示了它的作用。其细胞毒作用是与导致靶细胞凋亡的其他因素相关的,穿孔素是否介导了颗粒酶的进入值得探讨,caspases及其底物作为颗粒酶的潜在底物倍受关注。
Granzymes are effector molecules of activated cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells that mediate apoptosis. Its molecular biology reveals its function to a certain extent. Its cytotoxicity is related to other factors leading to apoptosis of target cells. Whether perforin mediates the entry of granzyme should be explored. Caspases and their substrates attract much attention as potential substrates of granzyme.
