顶岗实习是工学结合人才培养模式的具体形式,是实现人才培养目标的重要途径。目前,影响高等职业院校顶岗实习工作有效开展的因素相对较多,顶岗实习质量难以得到保障,一定程度上影响了高等职业教育目标的实现。制约职业教育发展的因素较多,通过研究创新顶岗实习质量管理、质量监督、质量控制、质量评价体系等因素,构建合理的顶岗实习质量保障体系。为高等职业院校更好的实现顶岗实习、工学结合、校企合作等目标提供一定借鉴和参考。
