目的：分析为急性胆囊炎病人实施常规胆囊切术手术的有效性。方法：任意抽选本院肝胆科2013年12月-2014年6月接收的急性胆囊炎病人78例，通过常规开腹胆囊切除方案为78例确诊患有急性胆囊炎的病人进行救治。结果：实施手术治疗后，78例病人的身体状况明显好转，疾病痊愈情况良好。其中有66例病人完全康复，12例病人手术显效，完全痊愈率为84．6％。结论：基层医院应该普及常规胆囊切除方案为胆囊炎病人进行治疗，使病人尽早恢复健康。","objective:analysis of patients with acute cholecystitis through routine gal bladder surgery cut method is ef ective.Methods:random selection in our hepatology in December 2013 -June 2014,received 78 cases of patients with acute cholecystitis,gal bladder removed by conventional laparotomy for 78 cases of patients diagnosed with acute cholecystitis.Results:after treatment with surgery,78 cases of the patient's condition improved markedly,disease recovery in good condition.There are 66 patients recovered completely,12 patients underwent surgery pay of ,completely heal at a rate of 84.6%.Conclusion:the basic -level hospitals should popularize conventional gal bladder excision scheme for cholecystitis patients for treatment,the patient resume health as soon as possible.
