目的了解广东省流动人口血吸虫感染、分布及其血防KABP的状况,为制定血吸虫病监测技术方案提供科学依据。方法2005年6月-2007年12月,全省按地理、经济分层随机抽取22个县(市、区)作为调查点;采用分层整群抽样调查流动人口分布情况,来自疫区的血吸虫病感染情况及血防KABP;用血清检查初筛、病原检查确诊,KABP问卷调查;分析流动人口的分布、血吸虫病感染率、血防知识知晓率等。结果22个县(市、区)共调查统计流动人口数6360505人,主要是分布在农村地区和城乡结合部,占82%。来自疫区的占流动人口的19.49%(24777/127122),其血吸虫抗体阳性率为1.74%(228/13076),患病率为0.38%(50/13076),确诊率为0.05%(6/13076)。血防知识知晓率为42.32%(2982/7047)、血防态度、信念正确率分别为79.09%(5571/7047)、2.24%(158/7047)、血防正确行为的形成率为45.55%(3210/7047)。结论在广东省的流动人口中有数以万计的血吸虫病患者,且大部是居住在粤中水网地带的农村地区或城乡结合部,而当前广东省流动人口的血防KABP是消极因素占主导地位,因此将对当地血防成果的巩固形成较大的威胁。
Objective To understand the distribution and distribution of Schistosoma japonicum infection in floating population in Guangdong Province and provide a scientific basis for the development of schistosomiasis surveillance technology. Methods From June 2005 to December 2007, 22 counties (cities and districts) were randomly selected from all over the province according to geographical and economic stratification levels. The stratified cluster sampling was used to investigate the distribution of floating population. Schistosoma japonicum Sickness infection and blood-borne KABP; Serological screening, pathogen checkup, KABP questionnaire survey; Analysis of the distribution of floating population, schistosomiasis infection rate, awareness of blood-borne knowledge and so on. Results Totally 6360505 floating population were surveyed in 22 counties (cities and districts), mainly in rural areas and urban-rural areas, accounting for 82%. The positive rate of schistosoma japonicum antibody was 19.49% (24777/127122) from epidemic areas, the positive rate was 1.74% (228/13076), the prevalence was 0.38% (50/13076), the diagnosis rate was 0.05% (6 / 13076). The awareness rate of blood-borne disease awareness was 42.32% (2982/7047), the attitude of blood-armor prevention and correct belief were 79.09% (5571/7047) and 2.24% (158/7047) respectively, and the rate of correct formation of blood-borne disease was 45.55% (3210/7047 ). Conclusions There are tens of thousands of people with schistosomiasis among the floating population in Guangdong Province. Most of them live in rural areas or urban-rural areas in the middle of the Guangdong-Zhongshui network. However, current blood-borne KAPP in Guangdong migrant population is dominated by negative factors Status, so it will pose a greater threat to the consolidation of local blood-borne results.
