一、博采众长,促己成长——坚持听课rn坚持听课,是学习他人、促进自己的好方法,是教师专业成长的有效途径.rn教师自己上课和听他人的课,其体会和收获是不一样的,有时自己上课看自己,不容易发现问题,不易突破自身的框框和模式.如果以局外人的身份去看别人的课,你就会有“旁观者清”的感觉.这里既可以领略别人成功的妙处,又可吸取别人失败的教训.有比较才有鉴别,同别人比较,对照检查,就会发现自己教学中需要弥补和改进的地方.
