Post transition metal oxide and their alloys have wide band gaps (＞3 eV) and different physical properties.These compounds possess transparency under normal conditions,and a greater concentration of electrons with larger carrier mobility could be sustained in these compounds.These compounds are thus used as transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) in various optoelectronic instruments such as flat-panel displays,windshield defrosters,and solar cells.[1,2] Common post transition metal oxides are ZnO,Sn2O and In2O4 and their alloys.However,the present growing technology demands better performance and low cost TCOs.
