近年来 ,社会上的不正之风也涉及到了干部人事工作。有的人把商品经济原则引入党内政治生活 ,在干部选拔、任用中 ,一些本来很正常的问题 ,变得越来越复杂和不正常 ,出现了一些不正之风和腐败现象 ,虽然有的仅是个别现象 ,但对我们的干部队伍影响极大。我们只有采取有效的得力措施 ,遏制干部选用中的不正之风 ,保证选好人 ,用好人 ,保持干部队伍健康 ,纯洁的面目 ,就能牢牢筑起防腐拒变的第一道屏障。
