目的:研究榆干离褶伞发酵液对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱发的急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:用CCl4建立小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,检测榆干离褶伞发酵液对血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性以及肝组织白蛋白(Alb)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:榆干离褶伞发酵液明显降低急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT活性,提高SOD、GSH-Px活力及Alb含量并显著降低MDA含量。结论:研究榆干离褶伞发酵液具有一定的肝保护作用,其机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Fermentation broth of Ulva pertussis on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). Methods: Acute chemical liver injury model was established by CCl4 in mice. The activities of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and hepatic tissue albumin (Alb), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. Results: Ulmus pumila extract fermentation broth significantly reduced serum ALT activity, increased SOD, GSH-Px activity and Alb content and significantly decreased MDA content in acute liver injury mice. CONCLUSION: It is indicated that the mechanism of liver function of Ulva pertussis fermentation broth may be related to its anti-oxidation effect.
