近年来,由于国家教育的改革,许多中职中专学校升格为高职高专学校。这些学校在发展中面临着许多问题,本研究主要采用了文献法、访谈法,对某升格3年的高专学校的几位教师进行深入的访谈,探讨教师专业发展过程、存在的问题及发展有效途径。结果发现,教师所面临专业发展问题包括学历水平的提升,知识结构的完善,科研能力的提升等,为促进新升格高专教师的成长,本研究尝试从教师及学校两方面提出了解决问题建议,供大家参考。
In recent years, due to the reform of state education, many secondary vocational schools have been upgraded to higher vocational colleges. These schools face many problems in their development. In this study, we mainly use the literature method and interview method to conduct in-depth interviews with several teachers in a three-year high vocational school to discuss the teacher professional development process, existing problems and development Effective Ways.
