本文研究48例(男41例,女7例)左室喷血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction)<50%,而无二尖瓣和主动脉瓣病患者的喷血分数,肺毛细楔状压(pulmonary wedge pressure,PWP)与超声心动图的 PR-AC 间期以及左房大小的关系。结果表明:PR-AC 间期与 PWP 之间有显著的线性相关(r=-0.62,P<0.01),尤其是 PR 间期小于200msec 者(r=-0.79,P<0.01)较之大于200msec 者(r=-0.55,P<0.01)其相关性更为显著;左室舒张期内;径小于6.0cm 者(r=-0.62,P<0.01)与大于6.0cm 者(r=-0.58,P<0.01)
In this study, 48 patients (41 males and 7 females) with left ventricular ejection fraction <50% without spike score and pulmonary wedge pressure (pulmonary capillary wedge pressure wedge pressure, PWP) and echocardiographic PR-AC interval and left atrial size. The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between PR-AC interval and PWP (r = -0.62, P <0.01), especially those with PR interval less than 200 msec (r = -0.79, P <0.01) (R = -0.55, P <0.01). In the left ventricular diastolic period, those with diameter less than 6.0cm (r = -0.62, P <0.01) P <0.01)
