本文研究了前列腺素(PGs)对选择性剖腹术所得足月胎盘切片环核苷酸磷酸二酯酶(cAMPPDE)活性的影响.首先研究了cAMPPDE的动力学性质.收集正常分娩妇女的足月胎盘,于蜕膜和绒毛膜之间采取1cm~3组织,切成70mg薄片,于4℃下用冷生理盐水冲洗数次,吸干血水,每五片一组置于37℃ 10ml的1×10~(-2)M的Tris HCl缓冲液中通气(95%O_2-5%CO_2)保温10分钟,然后在加或不加各种被试试剂下,以不同时间进行保温,用25ml1×10~(-2)M pH7.4的冷Tris HC1缓冲液稀
