心外横纹肌瘤罕见,目前将其分为胎儿型、成人型及生殖器型。作者报道7例发生于睾丸旁区具有独特形态学特点的横纹肌瘤,主要累及年轻人,中位年龄24岁。肿瘤中位直径为4.5 cm(范围2.0~12 cm),切面灰白至棕褐色,界限清楚。镜下见瘤组织由束状排列、分化良好的大横纹肌细胞构成,圆形或多角形,偶见不规则形,胞质丰富、嗜伊红。瘤细胞分布于丰富、透明的胶原纤维基质中,周围常可见大量
Extranodal rhabdomyoma is rare, currently divided into fetal type, adult type and genital type. The authors report 7 cases of rhabdomyoma with unique morphological features in the parathyroid region, involving mainly young people with a median age of 24 years. The tumor median diameter of 4.5 cm (range 2.0 ~ 12 cm), section gray to tan, clear boundaries. Microscopically see the tumor tissue arranged by the bundle, well-differentiated large striated muscle cells, round or polygonal, occasionally irregular shape, rich cytoplasm, eosinophilia.
