随着科学技术的日渐发展,半导体储存卡行业也面临这巨大的机遇和挑战。要应对愈加激烈的竞争,就必须客观地、科学地分析企业自身的竞争优势、竞争劣势、机会、和威胁,有针对性的制定企业的发展策略。SWOT分析法可以对研究该行业所处的情景进行全面、系统、准确的研究,从而有利于企业根据研究结果制定相应的发展战略、计划以及对策等。本文利用SWOT分析法对半导体储存卡企业进行分析,并列出矩阵,为该行业的企业提供简单的分析范本。
With the gradual development of science and technology, the semiconductor memory card industry also faces this huge opportunity and challenge. To cope with the fiercer competition, it is necessary to objectively and scientifically analyze the enterprises’ own competitive advantages, competitive disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and formulate their own development strategies in a targeted manner. SWOT analysis can study the situation of the industry in a comprehensive, systematic and accurate research, which is conducive to the development of enterprises based on the results of the corresponding development strategies, plans and measures. This article uses SWOT analysis of semiconductor memory card companies to analyze and list the matrix for the industry’s enterprises to provide a simple analysis template.
