中华文明五千年,有精华,也有其糟粕。随着市场经济的发展,“士大夫”、“官本位”、“人治”及其“宗法制”等封建糟粕思想在有些地方仍严重影响领导干部的价值取向,是领导干部存在作风问题的深层思想根源。本文主要梳理和归纳了封建残余思想对我党党员干部影响的相关研究成果,以对学者们的继续研究提供借鉴和参考。
