目的：研究左旋氧氟沙星对泌尿道感染的治疗作用。方法：对３０例细菌性泌尿道感染患者ｐｏ左旋氧氟沙星２００～４００ｍｇ／ｄ，疗程７～１４ｄ。结果：治愈率为８６．７％，有效率为９３．３％，只有１例（３％）出现了轻度的胃肠道反应。结论：左旋氧氟沙星不仅适用于泌尿道感染，而且安全、副作用少。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of levofloxacin on urinary tract infection. Methods: 30 cases of bacterial urinary tract infection in patients with po levofloxacin 200 ~ 400mg / d, treatment of 7 ~ 14d. Results: The cure rate was 86.7% and the effective rate was 93.3%. Only 1 patient (3%) had mild gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusion: Levofloxacin is not only suitable for urinary tract infection, but also safe and less side effects.
