思想政治工作是一项非常重要的工作,它不仅关系到组织的生存,而且也关系到组织的发展。但进入21世纪以来,我国经济发展和社会进步的步伐加快,思想政治工作者面临许多新的挑战和难题,需要从理论和实践的角度加以探讨。本文重点从理论的角度分析思想政治工作者面临的环境变化,从实践的角度分析思想政治工作者自身存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出加强思想政治工作者队伍建设的若干对策性意见。本文仅代表作者个人观点。
Ideological and political work is a very important task, which not only concerns the survival of the organization, but also the development of the organization. However, since the beginning of the 21st century, the pace of China’s economic development and social progress has accelerated. Ideological and political workers have faced many new challenges and problems and need to be explored both theoretically and practically. This article focuses on analyzing the environmental changes that ideological and political workers face from the theoretical point of view, and analyzes the main problems existing in ideological and political workers from a practical point of view. On this basis, it puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the ranks of ideological and political workers. This article represents only the author’s personal point of view.
