1 Introduction With the continuous improvement of steelmaking technology, carbon content in ultra-low carbon steel such as steel sheet for automobile manufacturing may have been reduced to less than 10PPm. In product quality management, the correct establishment of quantitative carbon quantification technology is an urgent and important issue. JIS steel chemical analysis methods, from the standard method of gravimetric method until the gas volume method, conductivity method, the power method and the infrared absorption method, there are ISO international standard analytical methods, although the provisions of the high-frequency induction heating combustion infrared absorption
