党的十五大是我国社会主义建设史上具有里程碑意义的重要会议,它在我国经济改革和发展领域的重大理论突破,掀起了新一轮思想大解放的浪潮,为国有企业带来了新一轮经济大发展的机遇。站在21世纪的门口,如何积极探索、深化改革,抢占下个世纪发展的制高点,这是摆在企业经营管理者面前的一个重要课题。为此,本刊特约新华社记者李永升撰写了“‘十五大旋风’的超越与挑战”一文 该文较详细地论述了十五大在我国经济领域改革理论突破方面的重大意义,阐明了经济领域贯彻落实十五大精神的关键在于实现六大思想解放,为国有企业转换经营机制,发展资本和资金市场,以高科技为依托占领国内、国际市场,提供了思路。
The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is an important meeting of landmark milestone in the history of the socialist construction in our country. Its major theoretical breakthrough in the field of economic reform and development in our country has set off a new round of wave of liberation of thought and brought a new phase of state-owned enterprises Opportunities for the great economic development of the round. Standing at the gate of the 21st century, how to actively explore and deepen the reform so as to seize the commanding height in the development of the next century is an important task for business managers.
