本文通过选择合适的化学成分,采用变质处理和金属型铸造等措施,并通过不同热处理工艺的试验,从组织和性能出发,研制出一种新型的中铬铸铁磨球材质。又对合金元素在中铬铸铁组织中的分布及作用作了检测和分析,提出了自己的见解。
In this paper, by selecting the appropriate chemical composition, using metamorphic treatment and metal casting and other measures, and through different heat treatment process tests, starting from the organization and performance, developed a new type of medium chromium cast iron ball material. In addition, the distribution and function of alloying elements in medium-chromium cast iron were analyzed and tested, and their own opinions were put forward.
