为加大检察机关对企业的法律监督职能,切实增强支持和保护力度,促进企业健康稳定发展,我们在院领导带领下对中铁十八局集团进行了深入调研。我们观看了中铁十八局集团50年辉煌历程电视专题片,参观了中铁十八局的荣誉室,听取中铁十八局领导同志介绍了企业发展及纪检监察工作情况,与公司高级管理层进行座谈。在充分了解企业需求的基础上,对检察机关如何为重大项目提供全程法律支持这一问题进行了思考。
In order to strengthen the legal supervision function of the procuratorate to the enterprises, effectively strengthen support and protection, and promote the healthy and steady development of the enterprises, we conducted in-depth investigations into the 18-party consortia under the leadership of the hospital leaders. We watched 50 years of glorious feature TV program of China Railway 18th Bureau Group, visited the honor room of China Railway 18th Bureau, listened to the leaders of China Railway 18th Bureau introduced the development of enterprises and discipline inspection and supervision, and held discussions with senior management of the Company . On the basis of fully understanding the needs of the enterprises, the article probes into how the procuratorial organs provide full legal support for major projects.
