河南油田采油一厂横跨南阳、驻马店两市四县境内,管理着4座大型联合站、78座集油(气)计量站和2456口油水井,担负着年产近100万吨的原油生产任务。35年来,该厂以“建设绿色油田,促节能减排,倡导生态文明,建设环境友好型社会”为重点,坚持“预防为主、超前预测、治理超前、奖罚兼重”原则,依靠科技进步,推行节能减排清洁生产,累计生产原油6000多万吨,21项油田开发管理指标名列全国前矛,创造了国内同类油田开发管理的超一流水平,1996年双河油田被命名为全国陆上“高速高效开发油田”。
