提出了一种基于幅度调制技术和空间调制干涉成像光谱技术的静态成像光谱偏振仪(SISP)。利用由消色差1/4波片、多级相位延迟器和线偏振器组成的光谱偏振调制模块将入射光的斯托克斯分量信息调制到不同的波数上,利用干涉成像光谱仪单次曝光获得经光谱偏振调制的干涉图,不同的斯托克斯分量在干涉图上分离,再采用傅里叶变换从干涉图上解调出入射光的光谱偏振信息。研究结果表明,本文提出的SISP能够通过单次曝光实现一维空间上的完全线偏振光谱测量,通过推扫方式获得另一维空间信息。
A static imaging spectropolarimeter (SISP) based on amplitude modulation technology and spatial modulation interferometric imaging spectroscopy is proposed. The information of the Stokes component of the incident light is modulated onto different wavenumbers using a spectral polarization modulation module consisting of an achromatic quarter-wave plate, a multistage phase retarder and a linear polarizer, obtained using a single exposure of an interference imaging spectrometer Spectral Polarization Modulation Interferogram, different Stokes components are separated on the interferogram, and then Fourier transform is used to demodulate the spectral polarization information of incident light from the interferogram. The results show that the SISP proposed in this paper can achieve full linearly polarized spectral measurement in one dimension through one-shot exposure, and obtain another dimension of spatial information by push-sweep.
