我国竞技体育高水平人才培养模式当前正处于新老交替的阶段,对我国实施多年的“国家型”培训系统带来了新的挑战和机遇。西方发达国家竞技体育后备人才培养模式,虽各有千秋,但其共同点都是已经建立起符合市场经济的竞技体育后备人才培养的模式和运行机制。本文通过对国外体育强国人才培养的成功经验结语,对在竞技体育后备人才培养模式方面提出了自我的认识。
At present, the training model of high level talents for competitive sports in our country is at a stage where new and old students alternate. This has brought new challenges and opportunities to the “national” training system that has been implemented for many years in China. Though there are many strengths and weaknesses in the training model of reserve talents for competitive sports in western countries, their common ground is that they have established a model and operational mechanism for cultivating reserve talents for competitive sports in line with the market economy. Based on the successful experience of cultivating sports talents in foreign countries, this paper puts forward some self-awareness on the training mode of reserve talents in competitive sports.
