基础教育新课程改革推进到今天,有效教学理念已被大家接受,但有效教学的有效实践仍处于一个薄弱的状态,究其原因,我们教师的教学行为值得在有效教学下认真反思。坚守教是为了不教的行为取向,遵循学生自主学习,切合学生个性发展;坚持学习方法的指导如同教学生用地图,着眼整体、知道原点、明确目的、找好路径;实践教学过程的及时反馈与及时评价行为,是激励自主学习的有效手段。这样,教师行为取向才能切合有效教学的要求,产生教学的有效性。
Nowadays, the effective teaching philosophy has been accepted by everyone. However, the effective practice of effective teaching is still in a weak state. The reason is that our teachers’ teaching behavior should be seriously reflected in effective teaching.
