本文理性梳理了桐庐县近几年既要保护生态环境、又要谋求当地经济社会如何发展之间的因果关系。总结得出:桐庐县多年来一直在探索一条既要青山绿水又要经济社会齐头并进、多头共赢发展的诗意宜居宜业宜游的“美丽经济可持续发展模式”。当前,桐庐县的魅力唤醒了国内外各界人士对乡愁的最初记忆,同时也面临诸多问题。本文旨在通过对桐庐县美丽经济可持续发展的研究,总结经验、得出一般性的指导意见,从而为其他地区的发展提供借鉴和参考。
This paper rationally sorts out the causal relationship between the protection of ecological environment and the development of local economy and society in Tonglu County in recent years. It concludes that Tonglu County has been exploring a beautiful and sustainable development mode for the poetic, livable and suitable industries that should develop both mountains and rivers and make economic and social progress go hand in hand with long-win development. At present, the charm of Tonglu County has awakened the first memories of homesickness by people from all walks of life both at home and abroad, and also faces many problems. The purpose of this paper is to study and summarize the experience of Tonglu County’s beautiful and sustainable economy so as to draw general guidelines and provide references for the development of other regions.
