本刊讯今年9月中旬,在大连召开了全国农村住宅、集镇文化中心设计竞赛评比会议。这次竞赛的农村住宅获奖方案与1981年全国农村住宅设计方案相比,设计水平有较大提高。其特点是:(1)平面布局形式多样,考虑了当地农村住宅的传统风格和民族特色,并有所创新。(2)在满足使用功能要求和形式多样化的前提下,尽可能简化结构,结构类型尺寸比较统一,有利构件标准
In the mid-September of this year, a competition was held in Dalian for the Design Competition for National Rural Residential and Township Cultural Center Design Competition. The award for rural housing in this competition was significantly higher than that of the national rural residential design in 1981. Its characteristics are: (1) The layout of the plane is varied. It takes into account the traditional style and ethnic characteristics of the local rural houses and is innovative.
