截至1985年底止,广西有区调队,一、二、四、六、七地质队及石油队、地质研究所、地质学校、航空物探队、水文地质工程地质队,北海地质勘察公司、环保站南宁分站等13个单位组建了11个区调分队,分别在12个地区从事1:5万区调工作。累计完成面积1400km,按研究性质和服务对象的,不同12个地区的区调工作大体可分为:1.以成矿远景区(带)上的基础地质、矿产地质为主的区调工作,主要由各地质队和区调队承担;2.以桂林、南宁、柳州、北海等旅游城市、中心城市、沿海开放城市的基础地质、旅游地质、水文地质、工程地质、环境地质为研究对象,主要由区调队和局属各专业单位承
