滑片式压缩机工作过程中,在气缸内圆面上产生轴向振纹是它的一种特有现象。尤其是中、小型高转速压缩机更为明显。在通常情况下,轴向振纹会自行消失,在特定条件下会形成大波浪槽,造成机组失效。本文通过对滑片运动过程中三个惯性力的分析,指出在气缸内圆面上轴向振纹产生的必然性和消失的条件,为今后滑片式压缩机及相类似的叶片泵的设计和工艺改进提供了依据。
