具有90年历史的南通港,位于长江下游的北岸,距上海吴淞口102公里、入海口195.5公里处,与日本长崎相隔800多公里,是江海河联运中转的枢纽港、国家一类口岸。1985年以来,港口吞吐量年均突破1000万吨,已与世界64个国家和地区的175个港口通航,成为沿海大港之一的重要内外贸货物集散基地。 南通港拥有的市内码头岸线达3668.4米;泊位总计26个,万吨级以上泊位9个,浮筒泊位11个;库场面积22万多平方米;各类机械设备配套齐全;可承接煤炭、矿石、钢材、粮食、木材、集装箱等各类大宗散货和件杂货的装卸中转。经交通部和江苏省人民政府批准的总体规划。南通港在本世纪末将建有16个万吨级以上泊位及相配套的长江、内河泊位,吞吐量可达3000余万吨。
The 90-year-old Nantong Port, located on the north bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, is 102 km away from Shanghai’s Wusongkou and 195.5 km away from the sea and 800 km away from Nagasaki, Japan.
