一线野战医疗所立足于现有装备条件下,怎样更好地开展 X 线检查工作呢?在老山作战的战伤救治中,我们从1984年4～8月对460名伤员照 X 线片1,195张,其中甲级片占86%;乙级片占13%;圆满完成野战 X线检查的工作。现谈几点体会如下。一、一线医疗所的 X 线检查工作,主要是优质地完成 X 线透视检查。在搞好透视检查的基础上努力创造条件,积极配合临床需要而开展 X 线照片检查。在早期战伤中,如投照优质的全身各部位的 X 线照片,为手术军医明确伤情和彻底清创提供重要依据。一线医疗所要能开展 X 线照片工作,着重解决的环节是:(1)注意感光效应,选择适当投照条件。医疗所一般配备30mAX 线机,管电压可达85KV,毫安秒可达240左右,容
