为了提高选矿厂原矿运输能力,解决行车安全隐患,2013年末引进了哈尔滨车辆厂设计制造的KF-80型自翻车。根据KF-80自翻车在本钢南芬选矿厂运输车间的实际使用情况,论述了在使用过程中的优越性能和存在的缺陷、问题,提出了KF-80自翻车的车体强度、车辆转向润滑、倾翻装置结构件的强度、倾翻间隙调整及选矿厂运输工况条件的改进建议。
In order to improve ore dressing capacity of ore dressing plant and solve hidden danger of driving safety, KF-80 self-turning car designed and manufactured by Harbin Vehicle Factory was introduced in late 2013. According to the actual use of KF-80 self-turning vehicle in the transport workshop of Benfang Nanfen Concentrator, the superior performance and the existing defects and problems in the process of using are discussed. The vehicle body strength of KF-80 self- Lubrication, tipping device structure strength, tipping clearance adjustment and beneficiation conditions of the transporter to improve the proposal.
